As the Executive Chef of Rocks on the River at Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront, Chef Zachary Martin delivers classic, American comfort food with a Southern contemporary approach.
Chef Zachary joined The Kessler Collection at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando in 2003 as Chef de Cuisine, specializing in banquets and stewarding for the hotel. After being promoted to Executive Sous Chef within his first year at the Grand Bohemian Hotel’s Boheme Restaurant due to his tremendous talent, artful displays and creative cuisine, he was named Executive Chef three years later. Chef Zachary joined Bohemian Hotel Celebration as Executive Chef in 2008 and recently became Executive Chef at Rocks on the River at Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront.
Chef Zachary’s hometown roots in New Orleans have influenced his innovative culinary creations and his modern approach to classic cuisine. Chef’s techniques and talents have been fine-tuned through mentoring by the royalty of new age giants, such as Emeril Lagasse and Bernard Carmouche.
While Chef of the Grand Bohemian Hotel’s Boheme Restaurant, Chef Zachary’s leadership and excellence produced numerous awards, including:
